Dear beloved friends
My name is Sami Azam Kamal Albughdadi my age 35 in addition to I’m working in media and public relations and my story is that I live in a small geographical area called Gaza Strip-Kamal Naser Street in Palestine. It is a small city whose area does not exceed 365 square kilometers.
On this land, I have lived more than 7 wars, and currently my family and I are going through the fiercest war I have ever seen in my life so far.
This war has been going on for more than 284 days. Nothing left for us. Our house was destroyed. Where we used to sit and live very beautiful days, it has all become a devastated memory for us at the current time.
7 members of my family Azam Albughdadi Amaal Albughdadi Mariam Albughdadi Hani Albughdadi Huda Albughdadi Najwa Albughdadi and I are now homeless, living in tents. We have seen death and it was close to us more than once. There are none of the necessities of life in the places where we live, no water, electricity, cleanliness, or infrastructure.
My big brother's Rami Albughdadi house was also destroyed after he finished his installments, and he also cannot meet his wife and children because he is outside the city and he knows nothing about them because he can’t reach them.
My little sister,Najwa Albughdadi whom I have not seen for 4 months, is still in Gaza and has not been displaced. She gave birth a week ago to a baby girl, and her birth was not normal, but by Caesarean section. The doctors performed the operation under mobile lights and without anesthesia. Imagine the amount of pain she felt. She fainted and swallowed her tongue because of the severity of the pain.
She is only 10 minutes away from us by car. We cannot reach her to take care of her because the army have closed the road between us for more than 6 months.
In this city, where I and my family live, the warplanes has dropped over it until now bombs equivalent to a nuclear bomb. They have burned everything, green and dry.
We are still clinging to life, believing that we will live in beautiful days in the future, even though this war has not stopped and has so far claimed more than 38500 lives, more than 11700 missing, more than 80
664 wounded, and destroyed 85% of the buildings in this city, including my family's house and my big brother's house.
The money I might get will be spent on food and water for my big family and the families living around us who have no access to food or water.
The food and drinkable water available don't cover the needs of 10% of the population hier and if we want to buy it from others then it's very expensive.
I hope that everyone will feel what my family and I feel and that you could help us collect donations so that we can rebuild the homes that the war.
