In San Angelo, Texas, there is nowhere for our unhoused neighbors to get a meal on Saturday afternoon and evening. About six months ago, I started to find one Saturday a month to change that. I bought some little grills and headed to the street where I knew I could find some folks. To date, we have fed about 200 people, 30 or so at a time.

We filed for non-profit status this week as No Strings. No Strings will look to fill the gaps that other charities don't fill. Right now, that will be meals on Saturday afternoons and feeding people on holidays.

We are looking for small donations to help us do October 11th, Thanksgiving morning, and Christmas morning. We'd like to buy another griddle so we can double who we feed. Anything will help.
