My name is Joe Hunt and I am raising money for the New England Hemophilia Association and 2026 Unite for Bleeding Disorders Walk.

Our best friends’ son (my twins’ best friend and my Honorary Nephew) was diagnosed with hemophilia A at birth in 2021, and every year we participate alongside them in NEHAs fundraising and walk to support the bleeding disorders community.

I’m turning 39 this year and generally prefer to be clean shaven, but this November I’m putting down the razor to raise money for the 2026 walk.

My goal is $1,950 and in honor of turning 39 this year, our family will match every dollar up to $1,950 ($3,900 total). Every dollar donated helps provide essential services, from medical assistance to educational outreach, for individuals and families affected by hemophilia and other bleeding disorders.
