I'm Sultan Sharrief. I am an artist, activist, and media philosopher. I was arrested on international television during the George Floyd protests in 2020. Since then I've been working on a new model of activism that is an alternative to traditional protests.

We were planning to launch this new movement, The Realizistance, on Wednesday June 11th at the AWE conference in Los Angeles. We've been planning this launch for 8 weeks but on Friday protests broke out around LA county and surrounding areas and they are still going on at this very moment.

To ensure that our event is safe, well documented, and supported with appropriate staff to keep everyone organized we need to hire some additional support for our event.
