Hi everyone my name is Nadeze.

The reason why I need help from you is because I am fighting with Los Angeles Department of Child and Family Services, DCFS to bring my child VITORIA home to me.  DCFS is very complex, and I am challenged to navigate it properly.  Vitoria is only five years old and has been bounced around to different foster homes while I fight this battle.  While Vitoria was was with me, she shared issues that I reported to DCFS, but it backfired on me and they think the stories are made up, and therefore they say I am "putting the child in an abusive situation",  only by discussing it with her.  I thought I was doing the right thing, advocating for my child's safety as her mother and as what is called a mandated reporter; obligated to report issues.  In the end, they removed her from my home and sent her back to strangers in the foster system.  I have been working with court appointed attorneys, but they seem to be all together, unwilling to see the truth; functionaries of a broker system or just overwhelmed and unable to look deeply at the matter.   I plan to hire a private attorney to prep me for my final hearing in August.  With a private attorney I will have better chances to bring my baby girl home.  Please help me please!!!
