Today I was walking around in Dublin all bundled up in the freezing conditions and couldn’t help but notice all the homeless along the streets with only their clothes and sleeping bag. I felt compelled to do something to help out.
I grew up in a very privileged household where I never had to worry about where I would sleep at night or when my next meal would be. It’s very easy to take things for granted in life and today I decided I won’t be.
I want to give back to the country that has welcomed me with such open arms these past 5 months.
