Hi my names Dominic , To everybody who comes across this page i would like you to take a minute to read this and probably accept at somepoint in life your mental health has probably taken a knock some maybe worse then others unfortunately ! but how ever big or small that it may have impacted you or a friend or family member I would like you to join me in making a difference? I’m raising money to benefit Mind (NAMH), one of the biggest mental health charity’s in the uk and any donation will help make an impact. And they shouldn’t be anyone who doesn’t feel like that support systems not there because it is! Everyone deserves that help if needed , donating to a mental health charitys is vital it directly funds life-saving interventions that public health systems often struggle to provide at scale. and on a personal level I have decided to fundraise via sky dive because I have battled/ battle with my own mental health and it’s a test to my own endurance and capability to do something out of your comfort zone , for example accepting help when you need it !
