Join in community support for Ingrid Encalada Latorre as she continues to fight her immigration case while living in sanctuary.
As an update for Ingrid's case, in December of 2019, Governor Jared Polis granted Ingrid a pardon for the felony she plead guilty to years before for using what she believed was a false social security number. The pardon was a huge win for Ingrid and for those who have been fighting alongside her this whole time. With this pardon and the support of Ingrid she will continue to keep her family together and to protect and educate the community. We are asking your support her in this fight.
She cannot work while in sanctuary and need funds to feed her family, pay for expenses like diapers and school fees, and legal fees to continue fighting her case. She has now been living in sanctuary for over two years and needs your support. We are trying to raise $6,000 for her and her family!

Ingrid has started the "No Mas Chuecos" campaign to educate the community and others about the importance of not using fake social security numbers. Ingrid is committed to ensuring no other immigrants find themselves in the situation she faced. She is educating and supporting the immigrant community through her actions. Ingrid Encalada has called the United States home for half of her 36 years. She lives in Colorado with her three US citizen children. Ingrid has been fighting to stay with her family for nine years. She is a leader in the immigrant and justice community. Please continue to support her in her fight to live the American Dream!
