My name is Jamie/ Séamus as Gaeilge. I’m a trauma survivor and I’m in recovery for addiction/alcoholism.

My mother took her own life when I was 11 years old and it tore the heart out of me. I was never the same.

I also have had others in my life who took their own lives too and it happens too often if you ask me.

this is just a little something to bring awareness to people that there is help! I want to raise funds for the right charity!
