The neighbors who have adjacent property affected by the Samsung Commercial Solar Project have created this fundraiser in hopes to help them fight against BIG solar! It is literally a David vs Goliath situation.

The neighbors filed for a judicial review in December, regarding the BZA approving Fornax’s (Samsung is the parent company) application.

This process will take quite some time. Only 3 months in and attorney fees are already in the ballpark of $10,000.

We are seeking help from our families, friends, and neighbors to help protect our property values and help fight the fight! Any amount will make a difference.
