Raising funds to visit my family

Hey everyone, I am Sibusiso Hans, 23 year old student , semi pro rugby player from South Africa. I’m currently volunteering with a sports and cultural exchange organisation based in Lower Saxony, Germany.

I came to Germany last year, August, as a volunteer with a mission to learn about the culture and to develop a much broader understanding of the different dynamics in our culture and sports environment. And yet I must say it has been an amazing experience . It’s wonderful that I have been able to share my own cultural experiences while also immersing myself in German culture. Being here has opened up so many different doors that I did not know existed for me not only as a rugby player but also as a young man who holds a bright vision for the future.

I am currently coaching at different schools here in the Lower Saxony, sharing the skills and experiences that I have in terms of sports and the well-being of kids in sports. I am also helping at my rugby club, Rugby-Ricklingen coaching the young ones. I am also a player of my club. I am also currently attending Sprachschule und Deutsch zu lernen war noch nie einfach, aber ich mache einen guten Job.

I Am left with my Grandma (97) who is currently not in good health, my Mother (50) and 4 siblings that look up to me. They are all in South Africa. Seeing that Various opportunities are presenting themselves to me , I will be staying in Germany in hopes of pursuing them. I therefore decided that it would be best if I could visit my family in the next holidays since that will be the only chance I will have until mid-next year.
