Mens mental health has always been an important issue for me. The past 12 months have been a whirlwind of ups and downs, from being hospitalised last November with sepsis, missing my Christmas college exams which led me to walking past my friends and classmates to sit my repeats when they were graduating, and tearing my acl this July and facing into surgery and a long recover this January coming. Life throws hurdles in many ways shapes and forms and so many men find it difficult to deal with these difficulties, that’s why I could really use your help in providing money for Men’s Air Ireland to help provide men with the resources they need when they do decide to finally reach out for help, anything you can donate is a huge help, thank you!!!
