Hi everyone, my name is Rachel, and I am hoping to raise some funds for someone who is near and dear to my heart.

Christine has been the daily caretaker of my young son and two other boys since they were 4 months old. Now ages almost 3, 2.5, and 2, Christine has done a wonderful job caring for our boys as if they were her own. She is kind, patient, engaging, and truly loves taking great care of our kids.

On Friday, 6/13/25, an SUV ran a red light, directly impacting another truck and sending it spinning into Christine’s family car. Christine’s husband was driving at the time, and thank God her husband is okay, walking away with some minor leg injuries. Their car, however, has been completely totaled.

Christine is a mother of 3 boys of her own and, due to many factors over the past few years, has fallen on some extremely hard times. Her husband and she both work full-time and have struggled to get ahead, but they always show up ready to work and make the best of any situation.

About a year ago, they had worked extremely hard to finance a new vehicle in hopes of providing some stability to their daily commutes to and from work. On Friday, 6/13, that vehicle was totaled, putting them back in an even tougher situation.

I have created this fundraiser in hopes of helping ease some of the financial burdens they will continue to face from this accident. Christine is one of the most humble people I have ever met and has always gone above and beyond to do special things for our boys and us.

The payout for the totaled vehicle will likely only cover the money still owed. I am hoping to raise enough funds to help them put a down payment on something new and get them a head start on monthly payments in hopes they can work to get ahead once again.

I do understand that given the state of our economy, everyone is feeling the financial burdens greater than ever. If you find you have a few dollars to spare, I know Christine is going to be beside herself with gratitude knowing that her village showed up for her when she needed it most.
