Frank Darwich’s battle with Motor Neurone Disease
Donation protected
My best mate Adam’s old man is Frank.
Frank was diagnosed with Motor Neurone disease in November last year. Frank has a rapid form of MND and there is currently no cure. Within months he has lost the ability to walk, talk or complete any activity independently because of this cruel disease. He requires full assistance with simple tasks like eating or drinking, personal care and getting in and out of bed. Adam’s mum has stopped working entirely, and Adam has significantly reduced his work hours to be able to care for Frank.
Myself and Matt Roberts are running the Sydney marathon to raise funds to support Frank’s family in this tough time and to ease the financial pressure, so they can focus on spending quality time with Frank.
