Hi everyone, just a quick message. As many of you know, we sadly lost my dad just over two months ago to a stage 4 glioblastoma brain tumour.

He was diagnosed on 31st December 2023 and fought bravely, undergoing countless rounds of chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and even brain surgery to remove the tumour.

As a family, it’s been incredibly hard to adjust to life without him, and carrying on with everyday life continues to be a challenge.

One charity that’s very close to our hearts is Brainwaves NI. They supported my dad throughout his 13-month battle and were truly incredible during that time.

This May, to help raise much-needed funds for Brainwaves NI, I’ll be running 10k every day. I’m hoping to raise as much as possible to support the amazing work they do—not just for us, but for so many other families going through similar journeys.
