Hi everyone! My name is Niraj Shah, and I'm a Life Scout with Boy Scouts of America Troop 1005 in Cerritos, working toward my Eagle Scout rank.

For my Eagle Scout service project, I'm designing and building 5 custom cedar paddle storage racks for the pickleball courts at Don Knabe Community Regional Park in Cerritos, CA. Right now, there's no organized system for players to store their paddles or know whose turn is next. People just lean their paddles against the fence, which leads to confusion, mixed-up equipment, and delays between games. Each rack will have 4 numbered slots that create a clear, easy-to-follow rotation system, so players always know who's up next.

All funds raised will go directly toward materials: cedar boards, weatherproof sealant, screws, and fence-mounting hardware needed to build and install all 5 racks. This fundraiser has been reviewed and approved through Boy Scouts of America's official Eagle Scout project process. Any funds raised beyond what's needed for materials will be given directly to Don Knabe Community Regional Park.
