Nina & Children

Nina Scarbrough lost her husband, Shawn Scarbrough, a former Marine, during a  boating accident in mid-June. While she is doing what she can to support her family following the tragic loss of her husband, a family member has contacted her stating they have rights to everything on her property.

Today, July 29th,  barely 40 days after this tragic loss, an extended family member has challenged her rights as a widow and sole provider for her family. This individual came onto their property and forcefully took several items that were essential to maintaining their farm and for her provide for their family. 

While the legal specificity of the situation cannot be shared in detailed, Nina has obtained legal counsel and needs our help to fight this cold-hearted individual and retain what her husband intended for her to have to continue to raise their three beautiful children.  Please donate what you can to help her with her legal battle.
