Nikki Needs us: The battle rages on!

Let me tell you about my best friend. Nikki. A mother, daughter, sister and that's right, best friend. She would and does give anything and everything to anyone in need. Now, we need to do the same for her.

In January, Nikki was diagnosed with Ringlet Cell Adnecarcenoma. Nikki has been through rounds of Chemo, several surgeries and has now had another surgery. During this trial of cancer, she lost her job of 25 years, has had a child start high school and still takes care of business.

As of today's update on her health issues, last weeks surgery was partially successful , the dr found more cancer than we thought, it had attacked the outside of her colon resulting in her having to have an ostemy. The HIPEC procedure did help kill more cancer cells that she had. But today's visit was good the aprn was very happy with how she is healing she said Nikki looks great!! She will having chemo again after she heals. She is gonna fight like hell!!! #CANCERSUCKS please keep the prayers coming
