Hi, my name is Josh Bickle and I am fundraising for my friend and fellow soldier, Tim Cramer and his wife, Karen Cramer.

During the anatomy scan for their rainbow baby, it was discovered that baby Carsyn has a rare condition called gastroschisis—a defect of the abdominal wall that causes organs to be found outside of the babies body. Baby Carsyn Cramer made her big debut on November 9th at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Carsyn’s case is much more complicated than most. Mom and dad have been notified that her condition will be assessed day-by-day. Upon doing the exploratory laparotomy, the surgeons found that she lost a significant portion of her intensities. They fixed what was left of her intestines (roughly half what she should have) but there is still a long road to recovery ahead. The Cramer’s are not from MD, so they commute 2hrs each way to support and be with Carsyn. They also have 2 children at home in PA to care for during these trying times.
