On Monday night at 8:59 pm EST I got a text from Nicole Holt saying, “My car just like blew up. I have never been so scared in my life!”
Luckily the kids were not in the car! I could tell she was in shock.
I immediately asked if she needed anything and all she could think about was finding a way to get her kids home from football and dance.
Her supplies that she used to clean houses (just one of her jobs) went up with the car. #SingleMomLife
Her kids school pack packs and supplies are also gone.
She no longer has a car to get to one of her jobs, cleaning tools to execute the job, a car to get her kids to dance/football or their doctor appointments.
This woman has been successfully working multiple jobs to take care of her family and community (despite ZERO financial support from her ex.)
She is “that neighborhood mom” that feeds ALL the neighborhood kids and gives them a warm place to hang, even on the days she’s worked 10 hours.
She’s the one that can ALWAYS make everyone laugh until the cry or pee their pants and feel instantly better when it feels their life is falling apart.
I know Nicole has built up a LOT of goodwill with a LOT of people and never asked for anything in return.
Let’s show her that her community appreciates her and help het family get back on the road!
-Andrea Crowder (I’ll be donating outside of Go Fund Me so that she gets the full 100%) I appreciate everyone that’s willing to help and I won’t forget your speedy generosity!
