Nicole & Clay Wasden - #PrayForBabyBoyWasden

Hello! My name is Taunya. Nicole & Clay are my daughter and son-in-law. They were married in March 2021 and are now expecting their first baby. They were so excited to begin their little family. Nicole is 19 weeks pregnant and is unfortunately having complications. Her body is already preparing to give birth twice as fast as it should. Surgery was scheduled last Friday to stop the progression, but surgery was halted because of other circumstances. Nothing can be done to stop the baby from coming. We are praying that he can wait at least a few more weeks.

Nicole & Clay were almost ready to announce the pregnancy and baby's gender to family and friends, when she had to rush to the emergency room to find out the news. Because nothing can be done to stop labor, she is confined to the hospital bed in a very uncomfortable trendelenburg position, with her feet positioned higher than her head. Nicole will have to remain in the hospital until the baby is born. It could be days or weeks.

Right now, baby is doing well and has a strong heart beat. But there is always a chance that he might not make it. We know it is all in God's hands, but we are praying for faith and miracles!

During this time, Nicole has lost her income as she isn't able to work. Clay so wants to be with his wife and baby boy. He is struggling with the strength to leave her and go to work in order to pay the bills. He wants to be by her side incase anything happens to Nicole or the baby.

Any donations are appreciated to help pay rent, bills, the hospital and if unfortunate circumstances arise, funeral expenses for the baby.
