This is my sweet, handsome, loving nephew Nico! He has to have open heart surgery to fix his valve (pulmonary stenosis).  Nico was premature and in the nicu for a while because of fluid in his lungs, his heart and other issues but he is home and doing well besides his poor heart that makes him so tired he needs a feeding tube to help him eat...hopefully the surgery will help that.  Nico has the best parents in the world!! My brother Mike and sister in law Sarah are the best and I’m amazed at how strong they’ve been. They have had to take time out of work and with medical bills and house bills adding up I thought maybe I could at least try this to maybe help them with some of the stresses. I thank you all so much!!!
