Nicks Incredibly Huge Holiday Package

Every year around this time I try to do something in honor of my dad. My dad passed away from cancer a little over six years ago. He was my best friend, my mentor, and the person who stood by me through everything. Although he was sick and in pain all the time from his chemotherapy, my dad still managed to smile and laugh everyday. The biggest influence that contributed - kids. He absolutely loved children. Through all the pain he went through nothing made him happier than seeing kids smile. He was even nicknamed the “tickle monster” by his nieces and nephews. In honor of my dad I do this charity event every year to raise as much money as possible and personally buy any necessities needed with money that has been donated. This year I’ll be heading to York Street Project, which is right in our home of downtown Jersey City. York Street Project is an amazing safe haven for displaced women and children. They specialize in providing fundamental stepping stones for these women and children and do a flawless job. This money will be going towards buying supplies, such as: diapers, baby food, wipes, coats, socks, and other materials needed for the winter. This year our goal is to hit 10k  and spread a little holiday cheer for these children and their families, with the possibility of creating some smiles along the way, but I need your help. Every dollar donated will be going towards this effort and no donation is too small or too big. Spread the word and let’s make it happen ! God bless you all and your families.
