Nick DeMarco is my brother-in-law . He was in a car accident 4-3-20. He was airlifted to the closest trauma center due to the severity of his injuries. He is currently in surgery critical care. He had emergency spine surgery and we are not sure how much mobility he will get back. Currently, he is in a hospital 2 states away from his children at home. His wife is staying at a hotel near the hospital. I know at this time it is hard for everyone but I also know that alot of people want to help.
