So this year has not gone to plan for a lot of people, but health and staying well is more important than anything. I had to cancel my charity event this year, obviously due to Covid-19. So so many charities are struggling, with no charity events this year. So combining two things this year, loosing weight, 5 and a half stone so far, and a massive improvement in my fitness, I've decided to do a sponsored 5K run(jog) on the 1st of December this year, around the fields at home. To a lot of very fit people 5k is nothing, but to someone who didn't start jogging until July this year, it's a big thing. My charities this year are both local and very much needed in our rural area, Bronglais Chemotherapy unit and Blood bikes Aberystwyth. I bobl ffit, dyw hyn ddim yn llawer ond i fi, oedd erioed wedi rhedeg tan fis Gorffennaf eleni, mae'n beth mawr. Dwy elusen leol fydda i'n casglu iddynt, sydd gymaint o'u hangen ac yn meddwl cymaint i ni yma mewn ardal wledig, sef uned cemotherapi Bronglais a Blood Bikes Aberystwyth.
