Vital packs for vulnerable people alone in Herts

Donation protected
Right now, thousands of vulnerable and older people live in isolation in their own homes across Hertfordshire. Maybe right next door to you. The coronavirus crisis is compounding their every day challenges. Too many have no internet, no mobile phone, and little or no contact with the outside world. Getting vital information and keeping entertained is essential for their health and wellbeing but it's just not easy to access what they need. We urgently need your help, so we can help them.

The Friends of the Jubilee Centre  is an association established to support the local community and reduce social isolation. We're working with Hertfordshire Independent Living Service  (HILS) to help fund urgently needed information and wellbeing packs to support vulnerable older people at this very difficult time.

100% of funds will go towards devising, printing and distributing special packs as quickly as possible. These will include coronavirus advice, health & nutritional support, fraud awareness, wellbeing activities and entertainment.

This really isn't a luxury, it's a vital lifeline but we can't do this without your support. Please help us to help vulnerable and older people in St Albans and across Herts. Your support will mean they can stay informed, connected and entertained during this unprecedented time.
