Nguyen's equipment replacement fund

My dad had his equipment stolen out of his trailer on July 9th while working in the back of his clients home in the area of Bernal and Monterey in San Jose. Please help identify the two men in the video. Anyone in the business of manual labor knows that their equipment is their livelihood. We feel so violated and helpless. Please share!
