Milford Care Centre

Hello to all, my name is Maria, proud Mom to Seàn, Cathal, Maebh, Líle and Muiris. Supporter of all sports and I love the outdoors. On the 17th of May I embark on a week long Camino trek and in aid of raising funding for Milford Care Centre and every donation will help. Milford Care Centre is dedicated to elevating specialised facilities and services to ensure the utmost quality of care is provided for service users and their families. Milford Care Centre’s mission is driven by the belief that every member of the community deserves access to exceptional, person-centered care when required. Milford Care Centre is not just a Hospice Inpatient Unit, MCC provide multiple services to the community. These services include Hospice at Home services, a Nursing Home, Day Care for both the Older Person and people with palliative care needs. In order to maintain services at levels capable of responding to the ever growing needs, there continues to be a significant reliance on fundraising support to make up the shortfall necessary to sustain the provision of this high quality of care on offer at Milford Hospice.
