Hi , My name is Katherine Rush. I was recently diagnosed with stage 4 rectum cancer. I also have a 17-year-old severely autistic son who in a last-ditch effort to avoid having him being institutionalized, I have relocated from California

( where I was asked to leave the last two rentals I lived in due to Antonio's behavior) to Salt lake city where the university of Utah has the best program in the country for autistic children. Unfortunately, shortly after relocating the pain became unbearable, and I discovered my cancer. I was misdiagnosed in California when they told me I had a bleeding hernia and it would be ok. My California insurance has not entirely transferred and we are out of money. The hospital here has been great, deferring some of the expenses but not all of them .
