New Trees for Swampscott

During the January and March 2018 storms, Swampscott lost a large number of old growth street trees. These trees provide beauty, shade and character to our community and we will feel their loss. So many other trees, planted generations ago, are in bad shape and likely to succumb to future strong storms.  To preserve the character of Swampscott's tree-lined streets, we have to replant now.  Our DPW provides labor to install street trees so long as the trees are supplied by town citizens. Please help me raise the funds to plant ten new trees in Swampscott!

All donors will have a voice in the most-needed street tree locations and types of trees (chosen from a list of DPW-approved trees).
