Newborn Family Needs Help with Expenses

I am trying to raise money for my sister and brother-in-law. They have a 2-week-old baby and are struggling to pay their bills. My sister is on unpaid maternity leave. My brother-in-law's job is slow, so he's on reduced hours. This week their dog got sick and has to have surgery totaling around $4,000.
