Hi, I became involved with the amazing Irish charity Cliona’s Foundation last year after meeting in New York at a GAA event. I was touched by their philosophy and felt the need to help out. I will be running my first (and last) marathon on November 3rd, 2024 in New York and would greatly appreciate any donations.

More information about CLIONA'S FOUNDATION COMPANY LIMITED BY GUARANTEE: Cliona's provides financial support nationwide to families of seriously sick children to help with the non medical "hidden costs" of caring for their child & enabling them to be by their bedside. These costs can include but are not limited to accommodation, travel, car parking, food, specialist equipment, childcare etc. It is estimated that it costs an additional 10,000 p.a to care for a sick child and for many of these families one of the parents has to leave work so now operating on a reduced income.
