New Wheels for Miss Mary

We need your help surprising Miss Mary! Warning: You might want to grab the tissues! Miss Mary has been operating the carousel at Coastland Mall for several years, and if you have children, there’s a good chance she’s brightened one of your days. She’s a local celebrity amongst our children, a gentle supporter of us parents, and a source of unconditional love for so many people who’ve crossed her path and ended up with a lifelong friend!

If you know Miss Mary, you might be surprised to learn that operating the carousel is only one of three jobs she holds. Beneath the surface of her sweet exterior and constant smile is someone who works hard, never complains, and serves as a role model to every member of our community. A member of the Naples Moms 2.0 group was recently chatting with Miss Mary when she learned she’d taken the bus to work after her vehicle broke down. Considering it’s an older model with over 250,000 miles and no a/c, it’s rather apparent that any repairs will only be temporary fixes.

That’s where we need your help! We would be so humbled if you would assist us in raising the necessary funds to purchase a reliable vehicle for our dear friend, but that’s not all!
