If you’ve spent time at Hummingbird Hill Park, you’ve probably enjoyed a moment of rest, conversation, or connection around the old wooden picnic tables. Those tables have seen birthday parties, potlucks, protests, and peaceful afternoons—and it’s long overdue for retirement.

We’re raising $4,000 to replace it with a durable, beautiful new table that will last and be maintained for decades—and more importantly, to dedicate it in honor of our Park Hero, Marty, whose efforts last month helped protect and preserve this park for future generations.

Our dream? To raise $8,000 and replace BOTH tables—so even more neighbors can gather, talk, and build community—just like our Marty always encouraged.
