Our facility is more than bricks and mortar—it’s a living, breathing hub of opportunity, inclusion, and resilience. Every day, we welcome people of all ages and backgrounds to connect, grow, and thrive. From inclusive boxing sessions and vocational training to recovery support and community-led events, we’re creating a space where everyone belongs.
We’re proud to be pioneering adaptive sport and trauma-informed programmes that meet real needs—from stroke recovery and Parkinson’s support to safeguarding workshops and youth mentoring. Our volunteers, aged 16 to 70, are the heartbeat of our work, offering time, care, and lived experience to uplift others.
But demand is growing. More families, schools, and support services are turning to us—and we want to meet that need. With raised funds, we’ll upgrade our equipment, improve accessibility, and expand our Community Champions programme to train local people in leadership, inclusion, and safeguarding.
This isn’t just about sport. It’s about dignity, opportunity, and community pride. Every pound raised helps us build a stronger, safer, and more connected Pembroke and Pembroke Dock—where no one is left behind.
