Hello my dear friends,
Carolyn here! I have been asked by Pregnant Mare Rescue in Larkin Valley to step up and help with this lovely mare and foal pair. They were at the kill pen in Texas and on their way to slaughter. They are super sweet and need our love and care! Mom is severely under weight,  needs her feet trimmed, teeth floated, wormed, etc.  We were told that she has been bred back.
These are registered well bred horses that were just thrown away as so many are....
