New Raiders Coaching Staff

Dear Raiders Family,

let me get to the point: our coaching staff is bad. We know it, media knows it, Mark Davis knows it. Apparently our beloved franchise doesn't have the money for a new staff. Now here I am!

You're probably asking yourself and understandably so: Why him?

Let me introduce myself: I'm a 32-year old teacher from Germany and Raiders fan for 20 years now. Besides I'm a chess coach for years now, knowing all strategic moves and plays. So what exactly qualifies me to be a NFL head coach for the Raiders?

Everything I told you about me is a strength: Consider me a geographically reversed Ted Lasso - coming from Europe to the USA with little knowledge about the game, but all the right passion for people and knowledge how to teach people and setup strategies. The recent success of Jeff Saturday for the Colts, who came straight from the couch, is proven my point. It's not all about the knowledge, it's about acknowledging knowledge! I don't need 5 million for myself - I need it to put together the right coaching staff for the Raiders!

As a head coach it's my job to encourage people and surround myself with experts in their respective field. So therefore I keep 300k for myself (less than the minimum of most assistant coaches) to have enough for the best of the best coordinators and assistance coaches, who are really responsible to get the best out of every player. Together we will evaluate who's a true Raider on the current team and who is not. I'll promise, Raider Nation: change is coming with me! so spread the word and make it happen!
