Hello from the Pines Playground Committee!
As you've probably seen, our community park/playground furniture is in need of replacement. And in order to keep our required annual Pines dues low, we did not include new furniture in our official budget. So we have decided to try something new, an activity that is not only voluntary but that allows households to contribute the amount of money they see fit.
If you would like help us reach our goal of adding (4) oversize Adirondack chairs, (1) coffee table and (1) 53" diameter, octagonal picnic table to our playground area, please do! This furniture will be for the top of the field, near the parking lot and also near the tennis courts (field side).
We have carefully selected some VERY durable, Polywood furniture (made from recycled components) that can be left outside year round. Backed by a 20 year warranty, this all-weather furniture has an approximately 10 week lead time. So the sooner we can raise the funds, the sooner we can enjoy the warm weather in our new, outdoor seating.
