New North Harbor Entrances Monuments

Greetings North Harbor Neighborhood Association Members!

We have made great progress with the fundraiser but we still need more donations to get us across the finish line! The deadline to make a donation is Monday, July 4, 2022!

 

Your Board of Directors, with the assistance of the North Harbor Women's Group, has identified strategic and cost-effective plans to upgrade all monuments at the entrances of our neighborhood, including Johnson Ferry Road/North Harbor Dr. (X2), Riverside Drive/Blackwater Trail, and North Riverside Dr/North Harbor Dr.

 

We need your donation to complete this project and bring it to life before prices and labor shortages increase. With budget and a generous donation from the Women's Group included, we need to raise $12,500 by the Fourth of July to complete the project in time.

 

After much research, we have arrived at the most cost-effective and impactful way to improve the entrances. These will include:

 

These improvements will provide the most visual impact and upgrade for the least amount of investment. Our entrances are the first visual a new buyer sees as they enter our neighborhood!
