New Menorah Beacon of Light

For almost 10 years, the gold Menorah stood outside our home that also serves as the center for Chabad of Aspen Hill.

 

Over the years, countless people have passionately noted how the Menorah has stood out, and in that sense, had become a staple of Aspen Hill, and more specifically on Arctic Avenue. Indeed, the Menorah is a beacon of light and its core message is one hope in the face of overwhelming odds and what seems to be unsurmountable darkness.

 

On Thursday, May 26, the Menorah was stolen.

 

Needless to say, instead of backing off, we would like to replace it with a nicer and more beautiful Menora.
