New Laundry room for the animals at the Monroe County Humane

With it being so cold we make sure our animals have warm blankets to cuddle with. Unfortunately we only have 1 washer and 1 dryer and it just isn’t enough. We are at the laundromat 2-4 times a week just to try to keep up. That means going to wash clothes as soon as they open for a few hours before we clean cages or going after we have been open all day.

There really isn’t room for a second washer and/ or dryer or funds to buy commercial washer and dryer and right now we have over 70 dogs.

Every trip to the laundry mat costs us around $150 or more.

We would like to start a go fund me for a new washer - dryer room. Until that dream becomes a reality we will do anything to keep these sweet dogs warm and cozy. Last time we washed was 3 days ago and we did 13 loads of laundry. Pray for a miracle, we are so tired.
