Bhuvan's Eagle Project for the Andover Community Garden

Hello!

My name is Bhuvan Veera. I am a member of Troop 73 in Andover, Massachusetts, and am seeking donations to assist me in completing my Eagle Project.

What is my Eagle Project?

I seek to construct new compost bins for the Andover Community Garden. The compost bins the Garden currently has are very old and unstable, so I intend to build four new ones that are built with wood that is both thicker and rot-resistant. Similarly, the new bins will have a new feature where a section of their front wall slides out to make the process of clearing them out easier.

Why did I choose this Project?

I believe that this is a worthy project because the Community Garden has supported many of the residents of Andover. This simple project will reduce the waste produced by the garden and continue to provide the garden with essential fertilizer for years to come.
