This June, I’m walking 70 miles to support the New Bridge Foundation as they mark 70 years of making sure no one in prison is forgotten.

Founded in 1956, after Lord Longford saw the isolation many prisoners faced, New Bridge continues to provide letters and visits to people with no contact from the outside world.

A book of second-class stamps costs £7.28! if you could spare £7.28 (or even the price of a café coffee, £4.40) it would mean so much.

I had in mind an original target of £700 but felt that I may not achieve it, so I’ve lowered it to £350. Any donation, no matter how small, will help me get there and support this incredible small charity.

I’ll walk 70 miles for it!
