UPDATE - New Plaistow Bench & Goal set!

UPDATE! thanks so much for your support so far-The bench is in the bag! What if we can also achieve another goal… what about an ACTUAL set of goals as well as the Bench? I’m proposing that any additional money raised, be put towards the purchase of 2 new 5 (or 7) a side junior football goals for the Playing fields. If you like this idea, please do support me, it’s a struggle getting out of bed now, and walking… and additional support will really help me do that, and get us something else for the community to use!

Hi, my name is Alice and I’m a long standing Barley resident and a regular user of our fabulous Plaistow and playground with my 5yr old son and cocker spaniel!

But I’ve noticed it would be great to have more bench seating in our beautiful Plaistow as we are pretty limited on that outside the play or tennis area.

so I’ve decided to run 3km a day for a month which will be a challenge for me - so I can raise money to buy and fit a new park bench for everyone to use.
