The Government has passed a bill stating the official cap of student loans for higher education are 200k. The average med student’s debt is WELL over than amount, making med school a luxury, only accessible for the rich. The minority, which african americans are unfortunately always apart of, are getting it the worst. Having to give up on their dreams because of financial struggles even tho they are more than capable…

Too many brilliant Black pre-med students have the calling, the grades, and the heart,

but financial barriers keep them from taking the next step. Application fees, MCAT prep costs, and lack of mentorship should never be the reason a future doctor gives up on their dream.

This fund exists to change that.

Every donation goes directly toward:

• Application fee assistance for black students who can't afford to apply to multiple schools

• MCAT study materials and prep resources

• Mentorship connections with medical professionals who look like them and believe in them

These students are ready. They've done the work. They just need someone to open the door.
