Never Forget Rusty

A home once filled with singing, guitar playing, and laughter at Dad jokes, is being silenced too soon. A father, a husband, a brother, and a friend, Jose Rusty Ouano, now in his mid-50s, rests in hospice care. We watch the slow fade of a man once vibrant with life.

During this difficult time of transition, not only does our family prepare for the silence but the emptiness. In addition, as we share these final moments with Rusty, we also fear the wave of financial burden in the wake of grief since he was the breadwinner for the family. This struggle with Rusty's health and medical expenses has challenged the Ouano family for years, so now we plead for your prayers and generous financial support to ease the burden on his wife and children as they look ahead to the task of putting all the broken pieces back together in the wake of losing a hero. So before he's gone, let's show him that they will be OK.
