On the 23rd of April Nevaeh Dee Nott was diagnosed with a very rare and aggressive leukaemia- AML- acute myeloid Leukaemia. This is a rare condition and calls for immediate and very aggressive treatment. Nevaeh is 6 years old, her parents, Bree and Josh have relocated to Brisbane’s lady Cilento hospital (QLD children’s hospital) to be in the best care for Nevaeh. Brees mother Joan has also quit her job and relocated her entire life to support them - moving from a small town of Ravenshoe to Brisbane. The journey for AML is long, Nevaeh will be in an isolated ward for a minimum of 6 months and endure a lengthy and very debilitating course of chemotherapy. This family needs your help, to help support them through this time, and also assist in helping Joan to stay in Brisbane as an imperative support. Any and all donations will be spent directly on Nevaeh, and any remaining donations will be donated to the leukaemia foundation, red kite and make a wish. If you are in a position to help financially this would be amazing, if not financially please consider donating blood, as this is a vital part of the recovery for many life threatening conditions.
