We’re running the Henley Half Marathon to raise money for Nest Aylesbury Vale, a local charity supporting families through challenging times.

Nest provides 1-to-1 in-home volunteer support, offering both emotional and practical help to parents and families facing significant life challenges such as illness, bereavement, trauma, isolation, domestic abuse or caring for children with additional needs.

I’m taking on the run with my lovely friend Emma – two mums who know how tricky it can be to juggle everything, especially when life throws a curve ball. We’ve trained across Aylesbury (and even on the beaches of Northern Ireland) with our loyal running buddy Buckley (Buckers) the dog, who’s loved every minute and kept us both motivated!
