LWS Boys Service Trip to Nepal

The Living Wisdom School Boys are going to Nepal for our Service Adventure trip, and we need your help!
Every year we go on a trip as a class, to adventurous places where we can serve. In years past, we've gone to Peru, Italy, Mexico, Costa Rica, the American Southwest, and served in orphanages, soup kitchens, and much more. Last year we went to Hong Kong where we volunteered at a home for the developmentally disabled and experienced the local culture.

This year, we will be going to Nepal to bring school supplies and help out in schools and other institutions.
We'll aslo be going on a four day trek through the Himalayan Foothills and exploring Buddhist temples.
As part of their curriculum, our students raise the majority of the money for the trip themselves through their jobs outside of school. By 9th grade, they are contributing $900 of their own hard-earned money to our yearly trip. In addition, we host fundraisers, including a pancake breakfast at the nearby Ananda Meditation Retreat.
For a trip this ambitious we need outside help, that's why we are reaching out to you. These trips are an amazing opportunity for our students to immerse themselves in other cultures and societies, to learn the practical skills that come from travel, and to see themselves as connected to the whole world.
Anything you can give to help support us in this amazing learning experience will be deeply appreciated.
