My name is Abigail, and I am super excited to be heading off to Nepal in January of 2026!

Think about this. Every 30 seconds, someone is taken into the modern slave trade.

Transform the Nations is an organization that is focused on setting up rescue work, halfway houses, and vocational training for trafficked and impoverished women from the Badi communities (outcasts), especially in western Nepal. They also have valuable work in other countries. Transform the Nations continues to work for the good of abused women and children in Nepal and to provide effective teaching, learning initiatives, and training opportunities through the development of schools and training programs.

During our 12 days in Nepal, our team will travel to several of the Transform the Nations schools and communities to spend time with the people and learn more about who they are as individuals and as a culture. Our mission is to encourage the workers who are already deeply involved, share the love of God, and support their work by helping with projects, programs, and community outreach.

I will be flying from the US to meet up with the rest of the Aussie team in Singapore, before we fly on to Kathmandu, Nepal. Purchasing flights is my first priority and then covering the rest of the in-country costs. This is why I am hoping to raise $2,000 USD for this ministry opportunity.
